Fresh, seasonal ingredients are transformed into delectable dishes, while breathtaking panoramic views provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience.

PASSED HORS D’OEUVRES

Our passed hors d’oeuvres can make for a nice and easy flow of tantalizing bites that allow you to mix and mingle with your guests and have a wide variety of food options. Choose a combination of up to 7 dierent bites for the list of appetizers below.

THE FULL BUFFET DINNER

Looking for a more substantial dining experience? Start with our butler-style passed hors d’oeuvres, you choose up to 3 options from our list of appetizers below. Soon after our buet will be open with your choice of salad and entrée.

THE FULL BUFFET DINNER

Once boarded and we are ready to set sail, our galley will begin passing hors d’oeuvres to start your journey. Choose 3 from our list of curated hors d’oeuvres.

SALAD FOR STARTERS

Caesar salad made fresh crisp romaine lettuce with OR house-made croutons, and parmesan cheese

OR

Savoury Greek salad with green peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, feta cheese (VE)

ENTRÉE OPTIONS

Choose one of three dinner entrée options that include Cinnamon Saron Rice (VG, GF) or Roasted Potatoes seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic (VG, GF). Complemented with seasonal roasted vegetables
(VG, GF), and fresh dinner rolls & butter.

ROAST BEEF DINNER

Slow cooked beef roast to a tender medium rare, au jus, complete with horseradish and seeded mustard.

MEDITERRANEAN LEMON CHICKEN BUFFET

Roasted Lemon Chicken marinated with lemon, garlic, and oregano, roasted to transport you with flavour.

JERK CHICKEN BUFFET

Boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in Jerk sauce and grilled to tender, juicy perfection.

VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTION

Chickpea Chana Masala best accompanied with the cinnamon saron rice (VG, GF)

DESSERT TABLE

Fresh baked chocolate chunk cookies, oatmeal cookies, tarts, and seasonal fruit salad (VG, GF).
